The Professional Standard
All of our programs are based on a professional boxer's training regimen, with some modifications. These are not aerobic or circuit boxing classes.
Our philosophy is that in order to get the full benefits of boxing, your training should reflect that of a professional fighter. This does not mean you will be drinking raw eggs and hitting sides of beef anytime soon.
"Adhere to a regular training schedule. Eat intelligently, drink responsibly and live wisely."
It does mean that we will hold you to the same standards we do a professional fighter.
The Ring of Brotherhood
You don't have to do private lessons to work one on one with a trainer. All of our programs focus on good form and proper technique and that goes for group training as well.
Every group session includes work on the focus pads with a trainer. Throw in bag work, boxing drills, interesting exercises and every now and again run outside to have a tug of war on the sidewalk to both entertain tourists from all over but also send a message to the rest of the world.
"New York is not a spectator sport. Grab an end and pull."

Private Training
When it comes to your boxing education don't shortchange yourself. Learning how to box from someone whose never done it before is kind of like learning the facts of life from Sister Joseph Loretta.
The fact is training like a fighter has implications that go well beyond the ring. Adding braver and smarter to stronger and leaner looks a lot better on your resume when things get tough.
